As the first and main point of contact for clients, Majo is dedicated to making every interaction smooth, warm, and stress-free. She understands that healthcare can sometimes feel overwhelming therefore she goes above and beyond to ensure patients feel heard, valued, and supported, whether she’s scheduling appointments, coordinating doctor’s orders, or resolving concerns.
Beyond patient support, Majo brings her creativity and translates complex health advice into clear, engaging content, making expert guidance accessible and easy to apply.
Fun fact: Majo lives with fibromyalgia, giving her a firsthand understanding of chronic pain. She knows how crucial it is to feel supported and cared for—something she strives to provide for every patient.
