Dr. Ivonne Gonzales

PT, DPT

she/her

Dr. Ivonne obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from St. Augustine University. She treats general orthopedic conditions and specializes in Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMJD), and Migraines/Tension Headaches.

Dr. Ivonne created Mind Body Physiotherapy to use movement-based physical therapy to get down to the root cause of pain rather than just treating symptoms. At Mind Body Physio we believe that our bodies can heal themselves with proper guidance. We think health and quality of life are of top priority and that you should be able to obtain a highly customized care experience that meets your needs. We also understand that other systems in our body could contribute to musculoskeletal disorders. We will help you on your journey as you navigate a multidisciplinary treatment approach.

During non-office hours, you can find Dr. Ivonne at Zilker Park or walking around Town Lake. She enjoys traveling, live music shows (one of the great perks of living in Austin), trying new food, trying new workout classes, and dancing. A fun fact about her is that Spanish is her native language.
